My name is Sawyer Goolsby and I’m a writer and filmmaker. I’m passionate about telling stories in worlds you can get lost in, and this passion has manifested itself in the form of two fantasy novels, countless short stories, and several short films. One of my most recent films, Wormwood, has just completed its festival circuit. My undergraduate thesis, summer of the witch, is beginning its festival run.

I’m a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film. I have experience in writing, directing, assistant directing, and editing. Please contact me at sawyergool@gmail.com or through my Instagram @sawyergoolsby if you’d like to get in touch!
